Multiple Shipments
In order to provide optimal service to our clients, we utilize merchandise inventory from all of our warehouses across the country. If your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations, you may receive multiple shipments. Rest assured, there will be no additional shipping fee for orders that are split into multiple shipments.
5. What shipping carriers do you use?
Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL,Royal Mail, etc. Once your order is shipped your will get a tracking number in your email box. You can track your package and contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery if you need it.
6.What kind of packaging do you offer? Discreet Packaging?

9.WRONG Address Disclaimer
lIt is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

After package been shipped
In this case, we are not able to cancel the order. You can return the package to our warehouse and we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@realcockx.com to get the relevent warehouse address.
Package not delivered
Our packages are mainly shipped by FEDEX/UPS, so we do not recommend you to use PO box addresses. To ensure that your package is delivered safely, please provide a physical address.
Friendly reminder: The courier sometimes leaves the package at the door, so please check it in time to avoid losing it.

What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we only accept returns that are unopened and have intact packaging and tags. This is because we need to ensure that each product is brand new. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Once the package is opened, the products are considered used, and therefore can not be returned unless defective.
If you plan to return a product, please show us the pictures of the unopened package within 60 days of purchase by email. After we confirm the status of the package, we will provide you with a return address. Return shipping is at your own expense.
