If your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations, you may receive multiple shipments. Package not delivered
Our packages are mainly shipped by FEDEX/UPS, so we do not recommend you to use PO box addresses. To ensure that your package is delivered safely, please provide a physical address.
Friendly reminder: The courier sometimes leaves the package at the door, so please check it in time to avoid losing it.

What is your return policy?

Once the package is opened, the products are considered used, and therefore can not be returned unless defective.
